My name is Quentin “Coach Q” Pullen and I am ready to help my community grow.

Community. Conversation. Action.

Building stronger communities starts with people willing to show up.

Q 4 The People is a community-focused platform created by Quentin “Coach Q” Pullen to connect people, elevate community voices, encourage civic participation, and turn conversations into action.

From community activism and veteran advocacy to youth mentorship, health and wellness, civic engagement, and conversations with the people shaping our communities, the mission is simple:

Bring people together and help move our communities forward.

This isn't about left versus right. It's about people. It's about community. And it's about recognizing that each of us has a role to play in creating the places we want to call home.

I AM CHANGE.

Change doesn't always begin in Washington, at the State Capitol, or inside City Hall.

Sometimes it begins with a conversation. Sometimes it begins when a neighbor decides to get involved. Sometimes it begins when someone sees a problem and decides they are no longer willing to stand on the sidelines.

Throughout my life, from serving our country as a veteran to building businesses, mentoring young people, supporting community organizations, advocating in the streets, running for public office, and sitting across the table from people with different experiences and perspectives, I have learned one important lesson:

We are more connected the more we connect.

Q 4 The People exists to create those connections.

“Q is a bridge builder. He is able to bring people together from multiple backgrounds to work towards a common goal.”

—Kwaku Gaybaah, VP Clark Construction

We can’t do this alone.

It takes real people like you and me to make real change in our communities.
